Unreal 2k3 Rant

I've long been a fan of Unreal since the first one came out. I have a shrine to the Unreal engine in my room, okay? Like everyone with any sense, I knew Unreal Tournament should have won Game of the Year over Q3A and sneered with disgust at the gaming mags that awarded it to Q3A. Looks like Unreal bought into it, though, because this new one is like the really cool look I've come to expect from Unreal... with tacky Q3Aish eyecandy for health, etc. To add insult to injury... I know there's not a lot of hardcore gamer chicks, but there are some out there. In the demo, you had to play a guy. Now, I realize that's a kinda small complaint but still... I am a girl. I wanted to play a girl. So I was miffed to begin with but when I saw what they did to my game... I was ready to cry. Okay, I'm through ranting now.

Buy the full retail version. There are plenty of girl skins to choose from!
