Is Resident Evil worth buying?
The movie is cool, and I like that type of game. Would it be worth me buying, or can you suggest another similar game that is superior? I dont want it if the graphics are too weak. Also I dont want a game with a bunch of hidden things to search for. I want blood and guts, lots of zombies and killing. Thanks

Play UT and search the web for zombie skins. Chock full of blood and gut gory goodness.... I only played a demo of Resident Evil so I can't really say if that one's good or not. You'd prolly like CarnEvil but I don't know if it's been made over for PC yet.

Major conflict !
I resolved it by assuming you had a PC. So : Clive Baker's Undying Alien vs. Predator 2 and, last but not least; System Shock 2. If you're brave turn the lights off. And a gracious All-Hallows Eve to you as well. |

I think SS2 is too dated, since the person stated they wanted good graphics. "SeriousSam - the Second Encounter" will give you a ton of blasting pleasure and the graphics are very good too. Lots of scares, and blood. It can get very intense! |

I have Serious Sam 2, and RTCW, as well as one called Star Lancer. I didnt really give Sam a fair shake because I dont know all the commands. Is there a site or two on SS with maps and tricks on it? Planet Wolfenstein really helped me get going with RTCW.

You are correct, I only have a pc. But it should play about anything for the pc, I would think. Athlon 1700+, GeForce 3, 384 Megs of ram. Do you really think Ill have a problem with Need For Speed? I was thinking about buying it or NASCAR Thunder 2003. I dont want it if my system isnt up to it though. Be honest, I can take it....

I think those particular games will do fine on your system.
As another bloody game, I would recommend Soldier of Fortune2. The gore in that game is over the top, and very realistic. |
