I want their PP/GS 128MB Ti 4200, but I've been hearing about a bad batch of Gainwards. Does that apply to the 128MB version? I've only heard about it on the 64MB version.

That's the exact one that I'm supposed to be getting today or tomorrow via FedEx. I can't wait to test it out!

Let me know how it is! I'm getting the Gainward Ti 4600 instead and putting it in my Alienware to replace the GeForce3(coincidentally, I may sell the GeForce3. Interested? )that's in there now.

Hahaha, sorry, I don't need a PDA. . Just the thought of me with a PDA......hahahahah! Sorry....... I don't know, it's a PNY Verto, what do you think would be a fair price? It's not a Ti version, and all I found on Pricewatch was a few Ti 200s. The cheapest was $107. Keep in mind that if you want it, I can't sell it 'till I get my GeForce4 Ti and install it. It(the Ti 4600)may be defective, I may screw something up, etc., so nothing's in stone until I get the Ti 4600 in and working. That said, the card kicks much ass! It ripped through every game I fed it.

oh my...dont buy a Geforce 4 man....you have a geforce 3...buying a GF4 is a wast of money and you will be pissed at yourself when the next generation Nvidia cards come out....I think thats a bad choice unless your bill gates.

Nope, when that time comes I'm going to sell this system and build a new one, anyway. Besides, I don't want the new nVidia chip right when it comes out, the G4 will tide me over 'till it goes down in price a little.
