Well the Radeon is ready for the future w/the Direct X9.0 which isn't even out yet and the AGP 8x. Its up to you if you want to spend an extra $80 to be at the top to the game or not spend the $80 and be one step behind the game. The Radeon is said to be the best Video Card on the market at this time. I don't know anything about the new GF5 cards and what they'll have to offer. So with that being said.. Good Luck!

The 80 dollars you pay for the Radeon, in my oppinion, will be well worth the extra time the card will be top quality going along with what was previously said about the AGP 8x, and DX 9.0. However, if you tend to upgrade your video cards a lot like I know some people do on this board, then I'd just get the Ti.

Hi unkoman,

If you just have to have a new card, then another option is the GF 4 4200, which is close to $200 cheaper. Personally, I'll hang on to my GF 3 and wait to see what the GF 5 looks like...

My understanding is RSN

(Real Soon Now)

If I remember right, I read an article about a month ago that said it should come out in a couple / three months....
