Let us know, I want to pick it up, but I just spent my game allowance on NHL 2K3 for PS2.

Just kidding.....kind of. I don't have a 'game allowance', per se, but if I tell my Mom I want MOH: SH, she'll say: "But you just got a game!" To top it off, my NHL 2K3 disc just got ruined by my dog!

Ah, so it's your mom that feeds you your money for your computer.

No, but it's my Mom that 'allows' me to buy games.

I know what it's like alienware_dude. my wife has a similar stranglehold over my gaming/computer expenses. I like to think that some day I'll be out of college and we'll be able to afford to buy a game even if I just bought a game. time will tell.

I picked up Spearhead earlier this week. Let me emphasize, it is only an expansion pack. What it does is add new missions and maps. I got through the single player mode in a few hours. It isn't like the original MOHAA which had many chapters, this has only a few chapters. If anyone has ever seen the HBO miniseries, "Band of Brothers", you will get an idea of the adventures in the singleplayer mode of Spearhead. It starts with an airbourne bail out over France and ends with the taking of Berlin. The multiplayer mode is excellent IMHO. There are something like 11-12 new maps. A couple are modified from the MOHAA singleplayer mode, but most are completely new.
If you are a fan of MOHAA, then you will enjoy Spearhead as well. It's really more of the same but it's all fun. Again, realize it's not a completely new game, it just expands by a few missions from the original.

Personally, I'd buy it just for the multiplayer maps, but that's just me.

i didn't know what to expect from an expansion pack, so i was surprised to finish it in one night...really fun, but i doubt its worth the 30 bucks

Multiplayer means nothing to me(28k dial-up); I'm only in it for the single-player missions. Is it worth the cash just for that?
