Nice pics. I was happy to have a look at what's coming.
The only ones that won't be happy are the DNF designers that will have to work very hard to top that!

After seein' those pics, I realized that I won't have to upgrade only my VC but my monitor too. That game should be a killer on a 21" monitor, with the lites off, the house alone and the sound cranked up!
Too bad projectors are still too pricey.

I agree, Nuclear Krusader. Lots of sound and a empty house. THAT SWEET!
By the way, what do think of NEED FOr SPEED HOt persuit 2? I thought the graphics was quite good, but it does take a little out of your pc. Any thoughts? |

My 9700 ran fine while playing D3. I know its not the finished game, but it ran well. And the intro, with the ceiling light swinging back and forth, making this weird sound just gave me the creeps.

Dont even bother without the Highest spec DX-9 videocard and an awful lot of PC ass to back it up. Doom 3 in it's current stage of design has been bogging down even the fastest PC's.

Remember this is an alpha, that ID never intended for the public to play. This is why I stay away from leaks, I would rather play the game the way it was meant, with its optimization. Plus, then the game isn't a dead giveaway when I buy it. I mean comeon, we all no the plot isn't very cerebral, its basically relying on the graphical quality to WoW people. Getting 10 pfs doesn't make me go "WoW", it makes me go "Ugh" |
