Angry video card problem?

video card

well in windows the top of the box carries though like its transparant.i cant seem to get a pic on here.

Don't quite understand what your describing yet?? Sounds like it could be video drivers or card though!!

That's probably defective video ram or a monitor that can't quite handle the resolution and refresh rate you have set.

What video card is this, and have you tried updating the drivers on general principle? What model is the monitor, and what resolution and refresh rate is it set to?

nividia vanta memory 16mb dpi setting 96 dpi refresh rate 60 hertz and i have the newest drivers for both my samsung syncmaster 171v and video card .
