Why are you calling these Beta? This is the default driver on the Nvidia site.

i think they are saying there was a increase when they went to the 40.xx set of drivers.

I have had nothing but problems with the beta drivers

Keep going back to the 30.82's, which perform great, with no "side effects"

Best of the 40xx series I have run. These do everything right in this system. A7N266C/1800/GF4TI4200/2X256.
Have the idea that 2xxx is best for gf2/tnt/mx class cards, 3xxx is best for any gf3, and the 4xxx for gf4ti's tho not the gf4mx's. Gf4mx's should get the 2xxx's, as they are really a gf2.

they didn't help my 3DMark scores too much, what with my Celly 400 cpu, but they give me best performance in a firefight in CS, and that works for me!
Can't wait to get the P3 700 installed.
