weird monitor problem

Well I decided to return my radeon 7500 for a cheaper card for now. I removed the drivers and installed new ones for a temp TNT2. After I did that my monitor screen is at an angle, I tried using the buttons to get it to level out but it wont level out completely...it stops near level. Anyways I reformatted the whole computer and started form scratch with a geforce 2, and still the monitor screen is at a slope. How can I get my screen to fit itself nice and perfect?

Can you try the monitor on another PC to see if the monitor is faulty?

What is the monitor detected as - Plug and Play Monitor or do you have a specific driver (.inf file) from the manufacturer?

What is the brand and model of the monitor, what resolution and refresh rate are you using?
