I have a Nividia Geoforce2 MX 100/200 video card with tv out. This is the problem I am having. When I hook up the video card to the the tv, the picture is blurry. I have the most updated drivers for it. I also used all the settings to try to make the picture clear and nothing works. The tv is fairly new, so I don't believe it's that. If anyone else had this problem, please tell me how you got around it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks |

A TV *is* blurry, so you can't do anything about it. Therefore TV-out makes only sense for watching video (like DVD) or playing games. For normal work (text etc.) the quality of a TV (unless it's a HDTV, but even then I don't know if text etc. will look sharp on it) is just too low. Computer monitors have a way better quality than a TV.

Right. And that is one of the reasons why consoles are no match for PCs.

I agree PC's are better than consoles, but consoles have uniformity, no lag in normal games (not online) and everyone has the same exact system. I think it just takes a lot more money to get a PC to perform well on games compared to a PS2 or xbox.

Folks, let's not turn this into a console vs. PC thread, keep to the topic. We have a couple good console vs. PC threads already going right now.
