Running dx9 and 4180s..

Just got the above installed, dxdiag seems smooth and fast.
Will report back on game results. Not that I play that many...

Just wondering, where did you find 3.0 drivers? The newest driver version on ati’s site that I could find is 2.5.

ATI has the 3.0's, but only for the 9500 and 9700.

Updated... looking here, they have the WHQL certified drivers for the 9500/9700, and now the non WHQL certified drivers for all other Radeon products. Gonna try it on my 8500DV right now since the 2.4's and 2.5's don't like my system... still running the 2.3's.

The 2.5 works well with my 9000 Pro, however I am going to try the new driver. I'll let you know how it works. Just finished to download so I will load it now.

Hmmm... dunno what it is about my system... but it refuses to run anything above the 2.3's.
