Does that Coolbits version support the new Det.? The version I have stops at 30.82.

Yes. You will see added data/options for agp speed selection, fastwrites, and sideband addressing.

The latest ones on the nVidia website are the 41.09s. Whats this about 4201?? (I think that I may be missing out on something)
