how do you enable sideband addressing? what i AGP master 1 w/s write? should I enable it? what is AGP master 1w/s read? Should I enable it? Will the performance increase or decrease?

w/s is a wait state. The fewer the faster, so leave it. If the card is capable of sideband addressing, then it's automatic, nothing to change.

I think that the default is 2 wait states. So one wait may be better/faster. This will depend on the results of the tuning. You may have stability problems from this tweaking. The same goes for side band addressing.
