You can use your new video card to hook up two monitors, but one will need to use the DVI. As for watching TV, you'll probably need a TV tuner.

DVI stands for Digital Visual Interface. LCD monitors use that to connect, although you can get adapter that will go from DVI to CRT.

Yes, I am using such an adapter right now, as my Gainward has twin-DVI. Mine came with my card, but I wouldn't think that they would be more then a few bucks by themselves.

Is there such a thing as a DVI to S-Video or RCA adapter. I have the DVI on my Card, and I would like to be able to hook it up to my tv so that I can watch DVDs from my computer. If anybody knows where I can get this, if it even exists, I would appreciate the help.

The Abit Siluro GeForce4 Ti4200 I bought has the ability to hook up a CRT and LCD monitor at the same time, or two CRT's with an adapter that is included. It also has an S-Video port so you can hook it up to your TV or VCR.
