nice. I've gotten about 8c drop in my idle temp since i've opened my windows and let the cold come in. My toes are freezing (too stupid to put socks and shoes on) but its all good. I live in southern florida too so i can't believe how good it'd be in michigan or something. Just open the windows and let the cold come in then throw on as much clothing as you can. You'd save money on heating the house and the comp would run around 25 degrees c (depending on the temp outside ofcoarse)

Jeez@wolfie.
I have seen folks duct cool outside air directly into their comp, or to a huge rackmount setup that has G0D boxes in it. This will introduce insects, dirt, and who knows what else to the boxes.. not for me thanks. |
