bad sound in Vietcong demo

i've been playing the Vietcong demo for a few days now (good game), and everything was working ok, besides me getting shot all the time...lol...but today, i start it up, and it goes ok, but i cant hear myself or other people shoot, the water splashing, or grenades or anything. I can hear the music fine, and the crickets and things too, but no gun shots or foot steps. im running win xp pro w/ sb audigy, 2000+ xp on a gigabyte ga-7vrxp. any one have any idea?

Is the vietcong game the same as CS: condition zero? Because someone gave me that link in a post saying that was the CZ demo, but it had a vietcong graphic at the top?

ok, never mind, i got it fixed. i had messed around with the audio mixer that comes with the audigy, and i guess someting got a little screwed up. i changed it back, and it was all ok! if you havent played vietcong yet, do it. you can only get it in mp right now, and its a demo, but it is still real fun

Yeah, but I just downloaded that game. I think it is very cool. Haven't gotten tired of that one map yet!

Yes. And it's not Condition Zero. Whoever told you that is either very stupid or misinformed. CZ hasn't even gone gold yet! And there's no demo for it, either.
