Talking What's causing this

On some of the games I'm running they are stopping and starting for just a split second. It's even happening with the games that came with the video card. It's an Asus gforce 4 mx440.It's really annoying and I'd like to find out how to correct it .Thanks

Try turning down the detail settings in the game.

Talking ok

I've been having problems with this video card.I can't uninstall the driver from the add/remove programs window. When I try it tells me there is no asus adapter detected and when I try to use the tweek utility i get a message saying the dll file is out of date.I'd like to uninstall it and try a new driver.Any advise you can give me would be appreciated.Thanks.
