I sometimes hear the more the better, so you can just have a better PSU, no biggie right

Crap. Mine is a 340W Antec. Oh well, I guess I'll be replacing my PSU along with my video card.

I wish I had your cash wolfie!
You already own a 9700, is there really a need for a Geforce FX???Please bear inmind that I'm only saying this cos I'm jealous (I can no way afford to upgrade my 9700!)

I'm sure if you have a good 300w, and your system isn't too loaded it will be fine. Keep in mind that Ti4600's recommend 350's to.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't want to re-wire my whole case just for a new video card, no matter how good it is! |

If you have a 330w Trupower it will not have a problem of pushing out 350w+

I have a 400w supply, so I'm alright there. But $400?!?
That is quite a bit for a video card! It's out of my budget.

Ok, it's cheaper than we thought, but does it make dx7 games look like poop as the gf4ti series does? If it doesn't do everything right, forget it.

I installed a PNY GF4 Ti4400 in a customer's Dell last year with a 200w power supply and it ran fine. PNY recommended 300w minimum.
