cant finish running 3DMark

every time i run 3DMark 2001SE, it will run to about the 14th test, then just close and go to the desktop, no error message, nothing, just like it never opened or i shut it down from the close command.

i have tried about 12 different combinations of settings and the same thing happens every time

what drivers are you using? some can be pretty fussy

drivers im using are 41.09, tried reinstalling it, just happened again
