UT2k3 with all the graphics options up. Battlefield 1942 is a great game too. You need a lot of ram for it though. 512 mb is preferred.

Or wait for Doom III. That should have trouble running on a P4 3 ghz with a GF FX.

It's based on the slightly dated Quake III engine, but I love playing JK II: JO. It's pretty nice looking, and slows down my Ti 4600 at times.

Number Munchers!! And remember Word Munchers?! I used to play them on my Mac Plus. During December the 3 munchers you had left at the bottom of the screen wore Santa hats! hehe

1st grade I played number munchers and everyone gathered around when I broke the high score by evading a "Troggle" lol. Gotta love all those games on the 5.25" floppy. Me oh my...

Anyways, pertaining to this post:

Madden 2003 at highest settings is gorgeous and plays very well.

UT2K3

Hitman2 is a pretty sweet game. Not sure how demanding it is, but I love the shadows and the game is just fun!

GTA3 with every thing maxed out. The reflection of the city in the puddles after it rains, friggin sweet!

along with all the games stated above

I might have to check out Morrowind. I've never really played and RPG games b4. The graphics do looks sweet.

Of course, who could forgot "Hugo's House of Horrors" and "Commander Keen".

If your into RTS, the new Command & Conquer: General will run pretty smooth on your computer.

Oh wow. I haven't heard the names of those games in years! It's amazing that those where some of the best games at the time. Here's another oldie: "Thinkin' Things 3".

number munchers was never in 3D, at least not true 3D unless they have made a recent game that i haven't heard of.
i think the game your thinking of may be frogger, at least that is all i can think of w/ a frog.

No, it wasn't frogger.

It wasn't really true 3D either. It was kind of like AOE 3D. It was called number muchers or math muchers or something like that. You had to go around the board and eat say...all the multiples of 36, while avoiding the "bad guys"

Well for new games I hear DOOM3, RAVENSHIELD(another Tom Clancy game), Unreal Tournament2k3. Those have got the most attention in my opinion

My personal favs are WC3, D2:LOD, SC:BW,Half-Life, o I loved that game...and hmm..original r6 is always fun

Speaking of Tom Clancy, Ghost Recon is a superb game, and ought to run well on your system, FantasySoul.

Like If I fire up my system into 1.7GHz P4 processor and DDR ram(PC2100)...Will there be a chance that I'll get 10000+score in 3D MARK2001 SE??
Can anyone who owns the system spec like this post their 3Dmark?Of course I'll be glad to see it even it's not 10000+score.I just need to know how far this processor can go...
Thanks in advance.
