Corrupted TV playback
I've just recently been getting problems watching DVDs / video files on my TV. I used to set up a monitor clone in nView and sit back and enjoy. Then I had to reformat my OS partition and re-install drivers etc. Now I can only watch it on the TV if it set as my primary display device (that wasn't necessary before), even then the images are yery fuzzy and frankly unwatchable. The desktop background looks fine, it's just video which is corrupted. Anyone got any bright ideas? My Vid drivers are now the latest available from nVidia (40. something I think).
Please don't tell me to buy a DVD player, we can't afford it at the mo (or so my wife keeps telling me ). I think all other necessary info is in my sig. Edit: forgot to say, the picture is only fuzzy in fullscreen mode, but OK in standard, but just too small to watch. Difficult to describe the effect, like a bad satellite signal, or poor tracking on a VCR, something like that.

Actually, those might be the ones I have. I'm at work at the mo and when I posted initially, so couldn't verify it.
