Playstation memory cards
My two children have filled a Playstation memory card. As far as I can tell, there isn't a way to delete data on the card once it is written. Is there an alternative?

Save game data can be deleted from the memory cards. What happens when you try and delete a file? An alternative would be to get a Dex drive from Interact or a Sharkport if you have a PS2 memory card. With these you can backup the data from the memory cards onto your computer or even load downloaded save files onto your memory cards. Really neat devices.

fire up the playstation without a game, then click on the pic of the memory card, this then lets you delete what files you want

Yah, just when you're doing it for the first time, go slowly because it's easy to mis-delete things. I remember Ideleted by accident my 3 100% complete crash bandicoot games. Haven't forgotten that.

Well,In case you mis-delete some of the files ....you can press L1,L2,R1,R2 simutaneously to undo the delete.
The deleted file will come pop up again...A neat thing by sony. |
