MX440 Problems
I started playing a movie (Fast and the Furious) on DivX and the TV started displaying it on full screen. After I turned off the S video out and reenabled it, the feature went away and all my MPEGs don't appear on my TV. They show up as a big purple box.
 I'm sure there's a setting somewhere, I just can't find it. |

is your TV set up to NTSC(whatever region) and SVHS
these two things caught me out yesterday |

Ah, what's SVHS.. I made sure my video card was set at NTSC...

on my TV, it has two input modes in the settings menu, VHS, which is normal for TV and video etc, and SVHS, seeing as TVout is Svideo, it has to be set to SVHS, so maybe it has to on your TV?
