Talking Overclocking video card

I'd like to learn somethink about overclocking video cards.I have machines with Radeon 8500,7500 and a Gforce4 440MX.Where can I get information about it?How do I check the clock speed of the cards?Thanks.

Thanks! I want to look into overclocking a MSI G4MX440, but I doubt I'll get much out of it. Instead, I'll let you be the guinea pig!
