stick keys

Sometimes when im playing games online, my game will quit and a message pops up that says I activated a stick key and that pressing shift twice will minimize the game and go to the desktop. It said that pressing cancel will cancel the stick keys, so thats what i did, but the message continued to pop up. When that didn't work, i pressed the details button when the message poped up and it took me to a screen that let me choose all the stick key options. I simply turned them off, but the message continues to pop up. It only pops up when im playing online and it has only came up while playing ureal tournament 2003. I suppose i could just change the keys so i will not have to use the shift button, but i would like to know why i cannot turn off the stick keys.

Are you using Windows XP? I don't know if these options were available in earlier versions of Windows.
Try going to Cotrol Panel > Accessibility and disable all of the options there.

Uncheck "use sticky keys"

thanx, i know i dint start the thread but it helped me, cus whenever i push shift five times it exits BBF1942 and goes to stickykeys, so i took of the "five shift shortcut"
