First the good news.
As of 12/18/03 UBI Soft announced that Splinter Cell is now available for the PC. Which means should be coming to a store near you by March 1 at the latest.
Now the bad news.
The game has a video flaw that affects both NVidia and ATI cards and they're working on the patch.
There's a PCGamer review of it in the March 03 issue. They rate the game, flaw and all, at 91%.
