Geforce 4 Ti4200 or Radeon 9500?

I am thinking of upgrading my geforce 4 mx440 to either a Radeon 9500 or Geforce 4 Ti4200 as my current card is ok but not superb when playing SOF2. I guess one of these cards would hopefully give a decent performance improvement. I only really want the card for gaming and I use photoshop 7 a little. The Ti4200 is slighly cheaper but is there much difference in performance/reliability between the two?

Go for the ATi, especially if you use PS. It has better picture quality.

Plus the Radeon supports DX9 and the nVidia don't.

Nvidias support DX9, they just dont fully use it like ATi

And i have a Ti4200, which you can just max everything on SoF2

Support = not all new DX9 *hardware* functions work - but everything works fine with software support.

IMHO, rot really if he thinks for the future. GF4 is becoming outdated for today's standards.
