Given that laptop components are propietary (i.e., ram, disc drives, hard drives)I'm guessing that the laptop will need to be built with this processor already installed (looks like Nvidia is going with Toshiba-- ETA spring 2001)-- darn, and my school just bought me a new Campaq laptop-- is it possible to switch video processors in laptops? I don't think that it is.

On my Dell inspiron 7500 you can switch video adapters. Unfortunately I can only switch between ATI Rage Mobility 8mb, ATI Rage mobility 16Mb and 32Mb.
Hopefully they will make a compatible addin card. |

HackerCarlos... care to explain why? Just saying "I don't think so" isn't going to cut it. If you have some proof then post it...
What Prader Willi suggested makes perfect sense... Are all laptops propietary? |
