I have it and the Spearhead expansion pack and I love it! Who needs blood! I like no blood. If you want blood there are mods for it.
If you like Would War 2 or first person shooters this is a must have game. Delta013 |

Day of Defeat's graphics can't hold a flame to MOHAA's. It's like comparing apples to oranges.
Also... the weapons in MOHAA look and sound more realistic. It's a bit more hardware intensive, but it's an awesome game. |

i disagree with delta, i think blood is essential in a war game. If you are striving for an ultra realistic war game, there needs to be the most symbolic element of war: blood. I am not blood thirsty, nor do i enjoy looking at blood. I just think that taking out the blood is censorship up the wazoo and is only done to maintain its Teen rating. Once again, quality (in my opinion) is sacrificed to boost sales and to please Joe Liebermann.

Don't buy the console version.
Look nobody is making you play this game. If you don’t like it then don’t play it. We each have our own opinions about the game. If you want a blood bath this isn’t the game for you, but that’s not what I want. So I give it a 10 out of 10. Delta013 |

You can tell by my signature what I think... The game is awesome and historically accurate to some degree. If you want blood, download a blood mod. Plus, DoD is just like Counter-Strike - loaded with online cheaters. How the 'cartoony' Battlefield 1942 beat out MOH, I'll never know... and yes, the music adds alot to the game as well...

Well I never! Cartoony !!! lol this is what I have to say bout that. BATTLEFIELD: BEST GAME EVER!!!
but I must add that I enjoy Mohaa + Spearhead very much its just that Mohaa is just kill, be killed and respawn over and over on tiny little maps. On the other hand , 1942 sometimes you walk for like 3 minutes before you meet someone. + you can fly planes , choppers, hummers, jeeps, tanks, rocket launchers, bombers, jets , battleships.... nuff said cheers ps. this was IMHO

When they come out I’m going to get the second expansion pack and the full-fledged sequel, Pacific assault.

Delta013, no hard feelings! I think that MOHAA is a terrific game! I also didn't mean to nitpick about the blood. What i meant to say is that i fear censorship in games.
