PassMark/Direct X question

I just loaded DX9 and went to do a test with passmark but the 3D
tests failed. It said I have no 3d acceleration. So I went to the DxDiag to do the Direct 3D and Direct Draw test and got this error:

DDraw Test Result: All tests were successful.
D3D7 Test Result: All tests were successful.
D3D8 Test Result: Failure at step 5 (GetDeviceCaps): HRESULT =
0x8876086a (3D not available)
D3D9 Test Result: All tests were successful.

Anyone seen this? I'll try reinstalling and let you know if that works, I did have trouble with the Splinter Cell demo, It wouldn't let me play it.

Any help is Appreciated

I've attached the info from DxDiag.
Sorrry,Can't ge the info to attach

Tony
