I just installed a Abit Siluro GF256 32 mb video card. Replaced a TNT2 mx 32mb card. Anyone know if this is a good card or no? Seems much faster on 3D mark2000 than the TNT2. (Almost twice)Got a good price on it so was hard to pass up. Hope I didn't screw up. I have been known to do this.

there is no such animal as a TNT2 MX card. I think you mean a TNT2 M64.
Thats a full blooded GTS card! no comparison.

read the review

What did you pay?
The review says that the cons are
"Can be a little difficult to find at present.
64 MB cards are currently pretty expensve."

The Pros are
Fast, fast, fast.
Highly overclockable--near GF2 Ultra performance levels.
S-Video output.
Very complete package.

Sorry thats the newer version. The card you have is still a very good performer according to one review. Its still a gforce and will perform admirably. I misread your initial post and looked for the 64Mb version and found some amazing comments. There is still no comparison between a gforce and an M-64 card.

Hey Kraken, totally forgot to post the final results! I love it! Ended up with the last drivers that Diamond had to offer, and it works like a charm. Took some doing, but I'm very happy with it now. Rebate should be arriving in a week or two also! This was a well spent $39. Thanks for all the help!
