Bf1942
How much is known about Battlefield:Vietnam? I have a crap video card (nvidia tnt2 mx rage poop) and BF1942 did not support it. I was wondering if anyone knew if Vietnam will support more video cards which I know its unlikely anyone will, and also if they have put out a patch onto the original BF to support other cards.
Btw... Ive been looking for a forum like this for a while, and ive finally found it, its like heaven on a screen. |

TNT2 isn't gonna be enough for that game, the new version will be less likely to give you good results than the original in all likelihood.
I would say a Radeon 8500/GF Ti4200 would be about the minimum that'll give you playable speed in BF1942. |

Ya I read about that BF-Vietnam will take a whooooole lot of your Video Card to actually have a stable FPS.

The original runs fine on a Radeon 7500, but I would guess that it will be more of a struggle to run the Vietnam version. You can pick up a ti4200 at newegg for ~$100 - $125, if you want the game to be playable.
