Halo 2
Anybody know if Halo 2 will come eventually to pc? I know Halo will come out "soon" but after like 2 years...

Well supposedly its going to be out sometime in spring/summer of '04. It was going to be out sometime in the winter of this year, but I guess something is still wrong. Maybe Bungee and Microsoft are fighting about whos deserves the more cash.

I think Bungee == Microsoft ever since Halo.
A problem with the Halo port is that much of the game was written in low level hacks specifically for the XBox hardware. They were in a continuous deathmarch towards production since Halo was/is XBox's flagship game and things were done to a less "elegant" degree than normal. So, moving it to DirectX was not an easy task. The port has also had many non-technical and business decision delays to make things worse. The way I see it, if the bloody game is still $50, what is the rush?
