I like them all. PS2 has a good selection of games. GC has Nintendo. XBOX has Halo and the best technology.

xbox...easily the best graphics and hardware (hard drive anyone?), the games are getting better, and xbox live, the best online service ever on a console.

Because I have my PC, which aside from games can do word processing, data storing, e-mail, web surfing, graphics design, desktop publishing and many many things more.

IMO a console is just a waste of money. I'd never buy one.

Just my opinion.

PS2, and the only reason I have one at all is because the best sports games are console-only.

I prefer PC's for gaming. I play a lot of RPG's and RTS's and those genre's on a console is a joke. I haven't played and truly enjoyed a console since my Sega Genesis. I had a Playstation One, but I never got into it. I only bought a few games.

Also, like Nuc said, a PC is a multi-tasker. The only downside to PC gaming, is that if you want to play the latest and the greatest, you have to have a killer box, which means you need a fat wallet.

I disagree with you Nuc...there are some all time greats on consoles that pc users never had the chance to play (i.e. the mario series). I do agree with oleblue about RTS's and most FPS are better on the PC, but I heard Star Wars: KOTOR is quite the RPG for xbox, maybe the best out of any RPG yet for a console.

I prefer PC's for gaming by a long shot.

If I did have to choose a console, it would probably be the PS2, since there is a good selection of games for it.

PS2.. while the Xbox has better stats on paper, i have yet to see a game that has noticable better graphics than the PS2.. It's all about the programming. none of the games push the xbox to it's lmit... yet.
and you can get a hard drive kit for the PS2..
in fact you'll need it for Final Fantasy XI.. and a network kit, and a keyboard.

.....Welll have had PS2 and now going with X-box yes while the PS2 has alot of great features at the "time" The X-box's hard drive drew me I have a ton of music that I play too..

Counter Strike and Doom 3 will be coming to Xbox, so it should push the Xbox to the limit.

btw, all those console games arent made on consoles, but on pc's.

the only console i ever had was a second hand ps1(got it really cheap). was fun at the time(gta1, abe, gran turismo), but once i could afford to get a decent pc, i never even looked at consoles again.

Ahh, the Mario 3 game!! I played that one on arcades.

If I definitely had to have another gaming system aside from the PC it would be an arcade.

Never a console. I have played with consoles before in friends' houses and never liked them. Well, the SNES I kinda liked. I woulda bought one back then if I would have the money and was a bit older (I was a teenager and my parents, especially my dad who hates computers and videogames, would have none of it), but never did. Then, my first PC came a couple of years after and I never looked into consoles again.

Only once, in my friend's place. Played a bit with the PS, but hated it.

Dead Man's Hand, SWAT: Global Strike Team, Trinity, Shadow Ops: Red Mercury, RoboCop, Bloody War Extreme.

These are the only titles i have heard of that are Xbox exclusives besides Star Wars.

Remakes of classic PC games are LAME, especially on consoles. (ie morrowind, return to castle wolfenstein, counter strike) Yep, looks like the Xbox turned out to be what everybody expected from Microsoft. A watered down PC...

PS2-EA's whole franchise is on the PS2-with the relasing of online tittles-just makes more sense playing golf with a friend when its raining.
Then there is,
GT, FF, GTA, DC, ZOE,

also can play old ps games. There are some great games- FFT

Yep, looks like the Xbox turned out to be what everybody expected from Microsoft. A watered down PC...

at least for once they lived up to expectations

and remakes do suck indeed. rtcw was a disgrace to the original wolf, and im not even going to try the new doom, hl2 and so on.

well I personally like all of them. But I only own a ps2. First of all.. I like ps2s wide range of games and developers that make the games. I have about 30 ps2 games now that I enjoy. I enjoy playing Like Halo on xbox because of the graphics and just how all the environments look. But game wise I havent found like a ton of must haves for the xbox personally. Gamecube is actually shaping up more than i thought.. I think as soon as Sonys License expires with ROckstar North.. rumor has it that Nintendo and Micro$oft will buy out some rights for GTA 3 and GTA Vice City.. and that xbox will have both of those games out on one cd before the end of next year. Personally even though I've played them all... I still prefer my ps2 over GC and XBOX... just soo many quiality games to choose from the massive library...
