SW Galaxies: An Empire Divided

I am a huge Star Wars fan, and have been ever since I can remember. I really want to get Galaxies, but I've heard there are lots of bugs and that I'd be better off to hold off for a few months. Any opinions?

get SWG, its so much fun, especially if you're a huge sw geek like me. You can hold off if you like, the servers are still a little sketchy, but they are steadily getting better. If you get it send me a /tell in game. My char's name is Baraak Mard'hur.

I may get this game, is the fighting fun though? And is it first person at all, like when you use a gun?

Well, its not an FPS. But yeah, the great thing about SWG is that you can make it any view you want. By scrolling with the mousewheel you can zoom in to your character as far as you want until you're in First person mode.
