What's your favorite classic arcade game?

Remember the days when Donkey Kong had state-of-the-art graphics and Dragons Lair was actually impresive?

I do! Ms. Pac Man and Galaga/Galaxian were my favorites. When I got to be a teenager, Fianl Fight ate up more change than all other games I played combined.

Post your favorite classic arcade games here! (pre '93 or so.)

Its a toss-up between Spaced Invaders and Pitfall. I used to play those all the time on my Atari.

Qbert, Pitfall, and frogger were my personal favorites, and of course the original baseball and football handheld games.

does shinobi or prince of persia 1 count as
arcade? . esp prince of persia was a very beautiful game back then. the fluid movement, aaahhh. takes me back to the days where 5 games would fit and play from a 720k diskette .

I used to love Dig Dug. I liked Qbert from a "watch somebody else play it" standpoint. I never could get very far in that game myself....damn coily snake always chased me around and I ended up making Qbert jump off the side of the blocks to his untimely demise!
