I do believe that I read somewhere that it is 10.5" from the mounting plate (not including the tab where the screw goes in) to the end of the card.

I have one Andrew, I'll measure it when I get home (snowed in at mom's house for now ). It is long, though. I have an Asus A7V, mid tower case, and it sticks out about one or two inches past the back of my 3 1/2" bays in the front of the case.

Well if its 10.5 then its a 1/8th inch too large. LOL instead of cutting my lower drive bay of i may go for a Geforce or GTS. I heard these perform better too.

Looks like I stated an inch too long http://www.eurogamer.net/features.php3?name=v5500 It shows here that it is 9.5 inches long. I must of been thinking about the next card that was supposed to come out (V5 6000), but never will.
