Q For All My Bf42 Peeps

well secret weapons was shipped yesterday and should be on shelves erlier today or tomorrow and i was wondering who was going to get it.

A lot of people on bf sites say its not ganna be good but im to addicted to pass up the expansion.

PS, some of the mods kick b00yah, ex desert combat is great. Just hope they realese the sdk

I don't have bf1942 yet, but do they or are they ever gonna release a level editor tool like worldcraft for halflife? If they had that I wouldnt hesitate to buy the game, so many good level ideas for it!

there is an editor, its called battlecraft . i havent worked with it myself but since the name seems so much alike to worldcraft i think its a variation on the same program (like all those versions of radiant)

I'm probably going to buy it just for the new levels. I think that the new weapons are a little rediculous for a WWII game, but it will be amusing for a little while.

I'm really anticipating the Vietnam release. That should be a great game.

I decided against buying SW. Unless maps end up being required for any competitive play I'm in I won't be buying it.

I didn't care much for the Road To Rome maps, that turned me off to the game's "expansions".

I fly, fighter planes aren't worth a crap in any of those RtR maps anyways .

Ya im looking forward to bf viatnam also, and am going to pick up sw later today Isnt BFViatnam a whole new game with an updated enginge and all? Or is it going to be an expansion?
