BF-cd's cracked!!!!!
ok,
i know this is an american forum, so it may be not of any value here... the bf-cd's of germany/belgium/netherlands and France were badly manufactured.. http://users.pandora.be/flemishconflict/Battlefield these are some pics of a friend of mine , who heard a explosive-sound in his drive....and no it wasn't the power! E.A.-Holland confirmed me by phone that there were cd's goin' round which were badly manufactured..they cracked! the crack allways starts in the middle..in a straight line.. i had it myselfg and so did some friend of my clan...which meant : no gaming on the battlefields nomore for our clan :'( we'll get our cd's back and don't have to pay anything, but i do have to wait now for 3 months! so re-consider when u buy this game ( in europe!?)

Haven't ever heard of that problem on the US distributed CD's. I think you can play using a backup cd, if you want to, since your original died.
