Game is crashing

im not sure if this is a hardware or software problem so forgive me if this is in the wrong place

i like to play medal of honor, well my comp keeps randomly crashing the game while im playing, it just randomly closes the game and goes to the desktop without warning or explanation.

suggestions?

hardware is in sig, i am now running windows xp pro

Its most likely a software problem, probably one in Windows.

Have you checked the Medal Of Honor website to see if there are known issues and patches or fixes available?

What kind of background programs do you have running while you're playing the game?

Mine has started to do that again too. There are no patches. I used to close MSN Messenger before I started playing and that solved the problem. But now that I installed my video card again (second replacement) and a Microsoft Multimedia keyboard it's back to doing it again.

Usually, if no patches are available, it can just be a installation problem. Try to reinstall it will nothing but the essentials running in the backround, especially any anti-virus. that usually fixes that kind of problem for me.
