Does anyone have a GeForceFX5600 and a AthlonXP 2600+ (or similar)

My setup as shown below returns a disappointing score of just over 8,000 in 3D Mark 2001.

Could anyone with a GeForceFX5600 but otherwise a similar specced system to mine tell me what score they get with their GeForceFX5600.

I'm considering buying one of those graphics cards but only if it is a big improvement on my GeForce3 Ti200.

Thanks.

3D Mark is very dependent on the Vid Card.

With a +2200 and a ti4200 I get 13500 overclocked.

The 5600 would up that score a lot I would think.

I'd look the other way on the FX5600. If you plan on gaming, which it sounds like you are, go with a Radeon 9600 Pro or better. The newest games will all be using DX9 features and it's pretty well known by now that the current FX series cards do not do DX9 well at all (so horribly in fact they must run the game in DX8 just to get playable frames). Either go with a 9600 Pro or higher or wait for the new FX cards (5700 and 5950) to see if they can do any better.

What kind of 3DMark2001 score could I expect with a similarly priced (to the GeforceFX5600) ATI Radeon card?
