Question Steam/TFC

Is anyone else having any problems with with Steam. I always get errors, and it messes up my computer....after ahving it installeed for a while my hard drive started clicking rapidly ( a sign that it is dying) but then I uninstalled Steam, and it is back to normal....Has anyone else had this problem by chance? Or does anyone know if they released a patch or something???

Steam is wierd. There are groups of ppl who are having lots of problems with it, then the ppl with just a problem here and there, then the few ppl who (Like Me) are having no problems at all. Go to www.steampowered.com There are fourms there where you might be able to find an answer to your problems.

As for a patch.. if there was a patch steam would automaticly download and install it upon startup.

If you have steam set to start when windows starts, disable that option. I've heard ppl having problems with that enabled. Also make sure in your games properties you have it set to auto update (or something of that sort).

Good Luck with it, hopfully Vavle will get this crap all sorted out soon.
