psx emulation

I'm not sure if this is the right thread, but....

I'm using epsxe to emulate a playstation on my computer. My problem is that everything runs way too fast. It's very hard to control... the graphics are great for most games (which is why i'm using my pc in the first place)
I'm running the games (which I own) from my cd drive. they load and everything, but Like I said it's just wayyyy too fast..

any ideas?

I tried a different PSX emulator a while back and the PSX games ran so fast it was hilarious!

Use a normal PSX.

wo wo wo.....slow down man....
haha..I got solutions for u all.If you are using Pete's Opengl or D3D plugin (video plugin for.... geforce and ATI user),simply prees del while gameplay to display the config screen(above screen). Then page up and page down to choose which to configure. For now choose FL above the screen and hit the END key to activate the frame limiter(yes its a frame limiter) to 60fps and now its time to rock ur PSX game....
Or if ya guys want latest pete's plugin check this out http://home.t-online.de/home/PeteBernert/
U can oso configure ur video setting in the epsxe menu under video tabs to improve image quality like AA or somethin like that.
If ya got any question just reply......
