greedo

can anyone please explain what would cause my screen to flicker when i try to play games on my computer
i have the latest x drivers installed windows me
128megs of ram 600mhz 12.5 gigs on hdd
not shure about video card though
also the computer is a book pc i shure would appreciate any help

1. Right click on desktop
2. Choose Properties
3. Choose Settings
4. Click the Advanced button
5. Choose Adaptor
6. Set the Refresh Rate to Adaptor Default

That fixed it for me when my games flickered. Hope that helps.

ps do you know anything about the 810chipset?
