GTA3 - no sound hardware detected
i'm running xp pro on an ASUS p4b with 1024 ram and ac97 sound card. can't get it to dectect the soundcard. It used to work but since i had to reinstall, it just quit.......
any ideas? |

Reinstall what? the game or the drivers for the sound card hardware. Tried other games? If its the same thing, then resintall drivers. I have no problem playing GTA

Other games work fine. it's just GTA that won't detect the AC97..........................
