when does condition zero come out and if it already has does anyone know if its any good?

A lot of sites I saw said that it will be pushed back to early 2003. The official site says it will be out Nov 2003. Not too much news going around on this game, and by the lack of updates (early 2003? little old now) this game may have either been canceled or is going to be worked on and released "when its ready". I've heard that one before.
