Games for New PC
I just ordered my new PC parts, and I was wondering what games you would suggest I get. It will be able to play anything you can throw at it. So what are some good games?
Here are the specs: 2.6C Prob. Clocked at 3.25GHz (250FSB) 2x256 Mushkin Level II PC3500 at 5:4 and 2-2-2-5 Abit AI7 Mobo Power Color 9800XT |

I still want DeusX2 IW and I want Thief 3.
Prince of Persia : The Sands of Time is a surprise hit but it really does need a gamepad. |

I checked out Horizons, it looks cool, but I don't want to pay to play online.

Also... I'd like to know why you used mem div? won't boot stable at 250? I have serious trouble believing that about bh5 lvl2. what voltage do you use on ram?

Alright Thanks. I will probably end up getting CoD, B1942, and possibly NFSU. I tried the demo on this computer, and it is really bad because my stuff sucks but it should be a lot cooler on my XT.

No not on the build I have now....my new build:
2.6 'c' 800MHz FSB Abit AI7 9800XT 2x256 Mb Mushkin Level II PC3500 Is that what you mean. For that build above I will probably use the 5:4 |

Oh wait....I would use it just to get the lower latencies....I would have to play around with it....I am just doing some guessing right now.

lol nope, you WONT!
that's why you use bh5 ram you WILL be able to run the ram 2-2-2-5 @ 250fsb... without any problems if you are not able to... just rma them to mushkin... you really need to be unlucky and get a lemon and I've never heard of a lemon with mushkin. maybe you'll need more volts to get higher than 250fsb tho... but it's rated to 2.9 so who cares

So you're saying I can run that RAM at 2-2-2-5 running it at 250MHz, so I would in effect have 500MHz RAM running as super fast latencies?
