Deus Ex(II)-Invisible War
I have a 2600XP, ATI 9700Pro, 1gig of ram. This game runs crappy. Anyone else have this prob? I thought I would easily have enough power to run in at least 800X600! COD runs great. Unreal II, MOH, everything to date except for Deus Ex II.

I haven't tried it yet, no point in downloading the demo till my card gets back from ATI, but the tweaks that got the demo running properly are said to do the same for the game.
The thread is here : http://forums.gamespot.com/gamespot/...sage.id=240674 If you're feeling particularly daring, the site is in German, the patch that just reads DeusXIW tweaker is also said to work well, there's a tab that lets you switch it to english when you download. That tweaker is here : http://www.deusexzone.info/downloads.php?file_id=451 |

Hell, at least yours runs. I bought the game and it crashes to the desktop everytime it loads a level. I have yet to see the actual game.
P4 2.0 GHz GeForce Ti4200 64MB WinXp All drivers and patches are up to date as of yesterday. I see nothing but people complaining online about this game...dammit I should have checked before I went out and dropped $49 on it. What a shame. |
