No HL2? No Problem!
Guys, America's Army 2.0 SF is the greatest PC game out right now.
Its free. Its competitive and monitored by the U.S. Army Its the most realistic FPS to date. I stayed up till 6:00 am playing to get my honor ranking higher. It paid off, I now get cooler weapons, more respect and my skills have improved. Plus, 2.0 features graphical details that HL2 promises such as reflections in water, flame and fog effects that are much better than before and also the sound is incredible... If youve read the reviews for 1.0 forget it. 2.0 should be a 10.

i used to play AA all the time. the only reason i gave up is because i don't like the fact that you can't respawn (unless that has changed). it sucks if you die right off the bat and have to just sit there for ten minutes or so waiting for the round to finish.
that's why the Desert Combat mod for BF1942 is the best game out there (gameplay wise) in my opinion.

It's not free, we all paid/are paying for it. It's called taxes.

Well maybe the Army has plans to give all soldiers robots controlled by computer in the exact same interface of the Game, and fast mouse skills are what they are looking for....lol...

Believe it or not, the US Army has been training its soldier's shooting skills and reflexes with computer software way before this game was out.

AA is meh. Only worth playing if you are really poor and dont have battlefield. I dont like doing the training and stuff really boring, maybe it gets better if you do all of it, but I am sure battlefield and DC are superior!

Yep 2.0 is fun
![]() have have been playing since 1.0 so its been a long time its my favorite FPS by far.1.9 was great because they added Punkbuster to stop all the cheating ![]() and now in 2.0 i like the special forces.. and sometimes i like bing a pakastan soldier with the RPG so i can shoot rockets and blow the hell outa badguys... plus in 1.9 they also made it so when you get hit you bleed and if a medic does not heal you you will bleed to where you are slower then heck and somtimes bleed to death (yes its happend a few times to me and my friends.) |

I tried to play AA when it first came out (1.0 I assume) but it ran so poorly on my system I kind of gave up on it. When I get my new AI7, I am going to probably try to play it again. I can't wait until the 24th because FedEx is bringing it by 4:30PM on the 24th!
