custom sprays in half-life
I want to have a custom spray in half-life and hal-life mods. I know that before I would have needed a program to do this but I was looking in the logo folder and instead of seeing all the sprays with no color I saw only 1, mine and it was red(the color I set it at) not black. Not only that but it was a bitmat file. does that mean that I dont need a program to make them now? If yes are there any rules I got to follow while making one?

Didint find much since all the info is pre-steam. But I did find out than you can make gray scale ones without a program but I think it has size restriction, plus the instructions dont work with steam since the generic sprays arnt in the folder anymore
